Not yet. An American dentist who has made all of us surprise, he do not have any professional training before, only being interested in the model airplane and with full enthusiasm to devoted himself into the building of an model airplane, finally he has made out a model airplane with full metal.

Wonderful model RC engine airplane

Lie in the Joe Martin fund technology museum Vestas, California, there are an aluminum P - 51 D mustang fighter models sparkling among these lists: the Aircraft landing gear can free up, controller is working properly, ammunition stand on both sides, and we can see clearly about the inner structure of this airplane through the lift of the model. This airplane is made by Young, c. Parker who has spent over 6000 hours on doing it.

Parker, a 77 - years - old dentist, comes from Honolulu. Hawaii. Although he worked as a dentist for a living, he has a deep loving in model. Parker said that he likes to play the airplane in his early childhood, and he has tried to make all kinds of model airplanes from 6 years old.

He will never forget that the first time he saw a battle airplane, and it was in his 20 years old. At that time, he was serving in the army on the Korean battlefield. When Ricardo Carvalho brought him to a scrap heap of World War II aircraft, his enthusiasm for fighter aircraft is started from then.

After that, Paker spent most of his spare time to make a different model airplane including RC engine airplane and Rubber Band ejection airplane. At the same time, he groped continuously innovation, and tried to use aluminum as the model material, finally he has success made a pure aluminum model plane.

Parker said even though he like model, he does not want to be a famous man by doing that, and the success of him was all happened in chance. He said there are only a few friends who have seen his model airplane. While someday, a boss from a model club asked him to show his model airplane in an exhibition. He did not want to take part in for the first time, but the boss has registered for him without agreement from him.

However, at that time, no one has produced the pure metal model yet, so the model from Paker has won a great praise, and the model also was given the calling of "The best metal model" by Joe Martin Fund.
