Engine fixed
Please fastening the engine in a safe test cell or aircraft (fix body in the same time) correctly, you can ask a friend to help. Please don’t stand near the propeller rotation lines as it may dangerous. You can stand in front or behind to operation after you confirm the propeller is fixed tightly. Stand behind to adjust when the engine is power on.

Oil needle adjustment
Parameters of new engine is adjusted on the standard vaporizer, in this case, we need to prepare for using different standard oil. Please open the main oil needle circle and half circle of idle needle to run-in new machine.

Commissioning
Please use battery that voltage does not exceed 1.5V to the glow plug. Running 10-15 minutes
in the 1/3 opening case of vaporizer, 2/3 opening case for 20 minutes and all-opening case for 5 minutes. Extend time appropriately if there is piston ring.

Run-in 5-10 minutes after completion of the primary run with flight paddle until there is no black oil and metal particles in discharged oil. During the time, oil-poor is not allow, and you can adjust the oil-pin according to the actual situation. Last, start the engine with the starter or start stick, non direct hand.
